Numbers are not cleaned in good faith.

Breakfast was very tasty, a large selection of dishes and drinks. Located near the center, within walking distance of shops, cafes.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired.

The room was okay. It had a nice layout and some decent amenities, but it was a bit cramped and felt more like a standard double than anything else. The bed wasn't super comfy, surprising. I liked the spacious bathroom, but overall, I expected a little more for a junior suite. The heating was an issue during our November stay, but the staff was really helpful in getting us a cozier room. Not the worst stay, but definitely a mixed bag.

Had an amazing stay! The jacuzzi was a great treat after a long day exploring. The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the rooftop terrace with its stunning views was a highlight.

Had adequate and absolutely gorgeous room with a baby bed, toiletries plus a massive bathroom for a VERY POSITIVE stay.

Choose superior queen room on a bigger bedroom. A central bank was a minute walk from the hotel, enjoyed its location to the tourist spots to the main tourist spots in Budapest.

The hotel staff was busy.

The hotel is fairly clean, modernized and has unbeatable and excellent location to river as well as centrum. It has extremely helpful staff team at reception desk. They have complimentary beverages in the roof top bar.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city, making our evenings memorable. However, the room was quite dark, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.

The location was in the center of the town. Easy reach of transportation, night life and sight seen.

There was no Internet access at my room even though at the site description it is said to be covering all the hotel. The pillows were not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, good location, good staff and good breakfast.

Jejeje, amazing, you have to pay extra money if you want to use the pool and the jacuzzi!!! And it's expensive for a small pool and normal jacuzzi. For me it's not normal to have to pay extra money to use these facilities.

Location. If you get a very good price and don't expect fancy hotel then it is ok.

Not a 5 star hotel, i would give it 3 or maximum 4 stars.

very bad!We booked a 5 stars hotel and they gave to us just a 4 stars services!we booked a double room and the first night we had a single room with 2 little bad and very small( not enough space to move living our laguege in the floor).The room's temperature was cold(fixed at 18/20 degrees by the hotel) and very cold and windy( air was coming from the window).The hotel direction apologise for all this giving us a discount of 40euros.And the swimming pool was dirty with dirty touall on the floor and rubbish (bottle on the floor).This is not a 5 star hotel but we have payed for 5 star hotel. Thank you!!
